After going into administration, Grant Thornton LLP acting as receivers, appointed Mason Young to sell the Freehold interest of the former DV247 retail unit. Located within the popular St Paul’s Square area, the three storey modern premises received a lot of interest and numerous offers. After an intensive marketing campaign, the property was sold for £250,000 and completed within a month of instructing solicitors.
The new owners intend to convert the property into three apartments.
